Founder · Market category architect

I build products that rewrite markets.

I don't optimize demand — I shift the curve. For 20 years I've built marketmakers: products the market organizes itself around. And I'm the living case study of my own book.

I'm a founder and market-category architect. I help founders turn ideas into products worth building — and products into businesses worth scaling. I don't just advise. I co-build.

My ISP-discovery service, connect.net.ua, is literal category creation: “coverage as a polygon, not an address.” #1 in its niche in Ukraine. What I write about in the book, I've already done in practice.

Marketmakers are the real moneymakers.

Not a wall of logos — stories of category creation.

Curated cases where something on the market actually shifted. From category leader connect.net.ua to my own book and brand.

Marketmakers

Design a product that reformats its market.

A strategic framework for founders who shift the unit of measurement instead of fighting for share under old rules. I'm writing it now — early chapters and fresh thinking go out in the Telegram channel.

Separately — partnership

Not hiring an employee. Looking for an operating cofounder.

There's a business with 15 years of depth: +49% over 12 months, revenue over ₴8.8M. I'm looking for an AI-native Growth Operator to build the engine that executes the vision. The product — “Booking for internet”, a ~8M-subscriber market where we hold single-digit percent. The goal: 10%+, then Europe.

Format: start as a pilot → partnership with a share of revenue / profit / project, possible co-invest. Compensation at full involvement — from a few to tens of thousands $/month. First step — a 60-minute call.

My entrepreneurial culture

The principles you'll recognize your own by.

Not abstractions — how I actually work, decide and build collaboration.

I create products not just to earn, but to improve the market. My provider-matching service is a marketmaker: it cuts chaos, makes the market more transparent and connects people and ISPs more efficiently.
A simple decision chain, high speed, minimum bullshit. Less politics — more meaning, action and ownership. I dislike micromanagement and rituals without value. My style is mentor-like: I set direction, priorities and the frame.
I trust by default. I expect common sense, initiative and autonomy. Better to ship fast, look at the numbers and adjust than to polish in theory. “Good enough” means better than before — and verifiable by a metric.
Punctuality. Initiative. Keeping agreements. Focus on results, not imitation of process. Creativity in how goals are reached. Written culture, clarity of thought, honesty without excess diplomacy.
I favor self-balancing models: a share of results, growth bonuses, transparent KPIs. I keep agreements and pay for work done. That's the baseline.
Being late without warning. Passivity. Shifting responsibility. Manipulation. Unethical niches — online casinos, piracy or grey schemes.
A team plays differently when it keeps score. Strong people don't need fine-grained control. The best products are born where there's freedom, ownership, fast experiments and real impact.
